Gun Control Vs Drug Control

  • by

The United States Govt Cant control the Drugs in this country what makes them think they can control the guns?

Let’s review some of the drug laws that seem to be followed by law-abiding citizens but not by the criminals in which the govt fails to control.

Above you will see an image of some drugs that are illegal in the united states. Now If making something Illegal Or banning it is supposed to solve a problem then does that not mean that there should be no more drug crimes because last time I checked they are still Illegal but yet you can go buy drugs in every single city in the united states just about.

Recently the drug problem has become so bad in America they decided to make overdose medication be offered over the counter without a prescription.

What about guns?

We live in a very sick world where someone can walk into a school and hurt innocent children but the part that is even more disgusting is the govt using the innocent murder of these children as a reason to create more gun control. Instead of creating a solution in which they provide protection for all students attending school.

Criminals don’t follow laws, law-abiding citizens follow laws. Automatic weapons are already banned but yet they are used daily in America in crimes across the country.

If we study the areas with the stricter gun laws we find that there are more gun crimes in those areas even tho the laws or stricter.

So let’s say guns are made illegal the simple fact of the matter is the united states cant stop the drugs from flowing in so what makes them think they can stop the new black market they are going to create for all the criminals once they make guns illegal?

In conclusion, If the US govt were to ever make guns illegal I don’t see it going the way they think it will. too many proud gun owners in this country and they will fight to keep the right to bear arms.

Do we need automatic weapons? absolutely not no person needs them unless they are active military or authorized by the us govt to possess them in my opinion.

Guns were intended to protect us from criminals and to hunt for food. are their sporting rifles that look scary to people who don’t know anything about guns? yeah, there are. But that does not mean we should ban the law-abiding citizens from owning them giving the criminals a free pass to break the law and take advantage of unarmed citizens.

What would happen when the govt bans guns and they still have school shootings? they would finally realize the problem is not guns but rather something else they have had the power to change all along.

How many school shootings do there need to be before the govt decides to protect the children? gun control is not the answer the answer is armed retired military.
